What is this mail club and how is it different from other mail clubs?
 

There are so many wonderful and creative snail mail clubs out there. We wanted to connect with people — parents with little kids who want to share what we’re seeing, doing, learning, playing, and reading, along with all the things that make us laugh, cry, and feel a little less alone in this season of life.  Each quarter, we send our subscribers a personal letter, along with a coloring and art activity, a curated reading list, a play or game idea, and a sticker — all thoughtfully designed and created by us to bring a little connection and joy into your mailbox.
 

Why is it quarterly and not monthly?
 

We’re parents too, right in the thick of it with our own little kids. We have so much we want to share, and somehow never enough time. We want to be present, rested, and fully living this season of life with our littles, so we’re intentional about how much time we spend away from them. Plus, our youngest still wakes up 2–3 times a night… so , we’re tired. :)

How long will it take to get my letter?
 

It could take anywhere from 3 to 45 days; depending on how far you are from where we're sending the letter, and the state of the local post office. If you think there is an issue with your letter not arriving, please email us! atypicalpost@gmail.com

How long does it take to get my letter?
 

Is there a cut off date to sign up and receive a letter for each quarter?
 

This changes each quarter; so follow our instagram @atypical_post to find out for the current and/or upcoming quarterly mailing! 

My address changed, how do I update that?
 

Send us an email with your new address and we'll update it!  atypicalpost@gmail.com 

What if I want to cancel or change my subscription?
 

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you purchased a yearly subscription, you’ll still receive all 4 quarterly letters included in your subscription year, but you will not be charged again after that. To cancel, just send us an email at atypicalpost@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible.
